- JMJohn MaceJun 23, 20263.0After our Perscriptions were transfered here from Mint Hill Pharmacy. We were so used to great and Friendly Service we encounter Jennifer in the Pharmacy here. This person has the worst attitude and should not be in Customer Service. She handed the prescriptions to me and did not say a word. I said Thank You and I got no response. I have to say I spoke with Meredith to ensure all our Prescriptions( 3 people) were transferred and would be ready. Meredith was very nice and tried to make sure everything would be ready. Unfortunately they were not ready (not her fault) all I got form another employee was we are waiting to for the Dr to send prescriptions over. I scored higher because Meredith was very nice on the phone. I would have s ored Jennifer a 1. We will give it 1 more try and then decide if we are staying or going somewhere else.
