- APAshleigh PinkJun 26, 20265.0I severely injured my lower back on Monday, June 23, while lifting a heavy ottoman filled with weights. I twisted the wrong way, and the pain was so intense that I couldn’t even get off the couch without my husband’s help. The next day, I saw my primary care doctor, who recommended a heating pad and pain patches. While those helped a little, the pain continued for several days. I decided to make my very first appointment with a chiropractor, and I’m so glad I did! Today I saw Amy, and within seconds she could tell my L5 was out of alignment. She immediately knew the right technique to treat it and explained everything along the way. She also recommended ultrasound therapy to help relax the injured muscles. I walked out feeling an incredible amount of relief. I was so impressed that I called three people on my drive home to tell them about my experience! Amy is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly knows what she’s doing. If you’re on the fence about seeing a chiropractor, I can’t recommend this office enough. Thank you for helping me get back on my feet!
