  I always like the care that I receive a Triangle Vision. The doctors and optical staff are so friendly, kind, and helpful.

  I've been going here 4+ years, never any problems, Dr and Staff were great. This week they called me to confirm my appointment 2x while I'm asleep, because I work nights. I called back to confirm on Tuesday Sep 22 at 3pm to confirm, they confirmed the time and date. They call me on Wed again, while I'm asleep, *one* day after I called them and confirmed the time. Thursday I get another call while I'm asleep and tell me in the message that *after repeated attempts* I did not confirm my appointment, and they cancel it. I call back the *same day* as this message, and they gave my appointment away and can't see me until *December* ALL of these issues could be resolved in they sent text messages. I work nights, 50hrs a week, I pay for all my bills cash. I can't be calling up the eye doctor 3x a week to confirm I'm showing up every single day. Every other normal Dr Office has a text message confirmation, and charge a fee if people miss. It's not difficult, it's not the 90's. One employee mistake...not a big deal, I would probably just get over it. But it's the lack of a simple SMS confirmation that made me have this Karen episode on Google Reviews. But ig if they have so many customers that they can't see you for 3 months when they cancel your appointment for no reason, they probably don't need to care about getting enough customers so nothing will change. I suggest going somewhere else until they get a basic SMS confirmation system.

  Friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and took the time I needed to process my diagnosis and to make decisions on what was best for me.

  No issues with my visit, timely and professional. Answered my questions and concerns. My favorite vision center. Nice selection of glasses. Staff was helpful in choosing frames, lenses. Was not rushed or pressured into buying glasses I didn't like. They took their time and helped me chose a nice frame that I felt comfortable with. Would reccomend, have been going there for years with no issues.

  Dr. Davis was extremely nice and professional. The ladies in the glasses store were very friendly and patient with me as I looked for new frames.
