- KAKevin Arrieta4 days ago2.0This place is a hit or a miss and very sneaky with billing extra. Went myself and had a great appointment, went for a regular scheduled eye exam on my insurance plan and it was great. The glasses staff worked to get me the best deal to find how much my insurance would cover and searched for the best plan and modified it to where my out-of-pocket pay was comfortable enough for me. She was very friendly and was happy to help no matter what I requested. My wife returned a month later and it was a terrible experience. First, we always explain at the door we want just the typical annual eye exam the insurance will cover which is what she went for. During the exam it was just a regular eye exam, nothing extra preformed at the end of the appointment she was billed extra 60$ on top of the 10$ copay for the eye exam because she had a contact fitting which again was not requested all and the doctor did not do anything differently than a usual eye exam, we have had many eye exams in the past to know. She tried to argue it, but they stated there was nothing that could be done. Also, in the past we have both struggled with having to pay extra for a non-dilation photo which we never want because we always just want to go for a typical eye exam and not pay extra because we have insurance. It just seems they are always focused on adding extra charges during our visits and this has been a constant battle at this office, may not return. See all low star reviews multiple reviews state the same issue where they add charges and over bill.
