Every staff member - from the greeting at the door to the initial exam to fitting for glasses and the good bye at the end - was kind and professional. Lots of options for lenses/frames and everyone was very patient and helpful and their prices were much more reasonable than what I have been used to. I highly recommend!

I ended up not liking them and went back to see about getting lenses without the transitions in my old frames and also getting a pair of prescription sunglasses. Super nice staff! Helped me through the process and gave feedback on how they thought the sunglasses frames looked on my face so I was able to pick the ones that suited me best!

I received reminder calls and alerts well in advance, which was incredibly helpful since I’m the kind of person who occasionally forgets appointments. 😄 When I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. I waited in a cozy reception area with a funny painting of a pig wearing glasses that immediately made me smile. The technician who saw me first was incredibly kind and explained every step of the process in detail. When the doctor came in, she was just as friendly and thorough. Everyone treated me with genuine care and made sure I understood what was happening before moving on to the next step. At the end of my visit, I picked out a pair of frames from their great selection, and another staff member took the time to recommend options that were perfectly tailored to my needs. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. 10/10—I highly recommend them!
