  MARY OLOWER ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MD!!!! MY FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH HELL WITH MY MOTHER HAVING 3 STROKES (paralyzed left side)CANCER, KIDNEY DISEASE & CIRROSIS OF THE LIVER AND SHE KEEPS PUTTING US THROUGH HELL!! Home care & therapy has requested equipment (lift) and she keeps denying it!! She denied hospital bed but I went through the hospital dr to approve it. Keeps denying request!! Wants mom to come in office every time homecare or therapist request something. (She has to be transported by ambulance. Its all about money...needs to be paid for her time. Like I said I have had to go to the emergency dr to get anything done. Mom has Been in and out of hospital for stokes. She is just making life more difficult. Worst MD would not recommend her! 2 other family members has seen her 2x and is changing dr as well. Said same thing not a good Dr. Plus cant understand a word she says!!

  I understand it's protocol to charge for a missed appointment,but who on earth can remember a follow up 4 months later?.I was forced to pay $25 out of pocket They claimed they reminded me,and I see absolutely no record of that. I was never sent the cologuard kit after my first appointment,the staff blaimed cologuard,but I can bet bottom dollar the order was never submitted from my former physician.

  They have been our family doctors for about 25 years I cannot tell you the number of times they have made a huge difference in mine and my wife's and my children's lives
