  I am so disappointed with this doctors office. They truly act as if you are not important and they could care less about your level of pain or discomfort Me and my family have been going to this office for over 20 years. That will soon end.

  Absolutely terrible. My husband has been a patient there since he transitioned from his pediatricians office. We are going through infertility and had some standard blood work come back irregular so I called and made a follow up appt. to hopefully have blood work redrawn and to look further if something more serious is going on. They were booked a month out, which I understand. During my phone call of making the appt. the lady was extremely short and rather rude- as if she didn’t have time to be making the appointment for me. Today comes, a month later and the day of his appointment he gets a phone call this morning to confirm the appointment. Then a little bit later gets a phone call saying they are canceling the appointment because he hasn’t been to the dr in 3 years and thus now he would be a new patient and they aren’t accepting new patients. I completely understand if they have a 3 year policy, however, telling the person the day off is completely ridiculous. The appointment should have never been booked in that case. I have a degree in healthcare Management and this is 100% a poorly managed facility. At this point i could have had him in at a different doctors office as a new patient and be on our way to getting to the route of the elevated labs. Doctors offices are not areas that are allowed to be making these kinds of mistakes or oversight as they shared on the phone as the reasoning why( also stating they don’t verify these types of things and insurance until the day before the appointment). When it comes to medical care it should be prompt, organized and very detail oriented, and this office is simply not that.
