  I was a patient here a first and had an awesome provider. I was gone for a few months and moved back to the area. I was told by a woman at the front desk I was able to come back and see a different provider as my provider left. I call and try to make an appointment to get a simple check up since I was told I have a new provider and I get put through to the manager who tells me I’m considered a new patient and they are not taking new patients because they are short providers. I’m not exactly sure how I can be told I’m seeing a new provider and all of a sudden I’m not a patient anymore. No wonder they can’t find a provider and only have a 3.5 star rating. Find somewhere else for reliable medical care instead of this place.

  Pretty bad waiting for many months and they just told me that they are not taking new patients, for the lady who answered the phone, next time a customer ask to talk to the manager and you said the manager will call you back, please make sure that happens since this is not good not doing what you said you will do, and the manager just told me you did not pass the message. I guess I will look for a place the really takes care of the clients.

  I had an appointment today for the first time. The lady at the front was really nice & welcoming. They had a few questions and forms to sign and I was called back within 15 minutes. I saw Dr. Rajan. She was so sweet & took her time to actually listen to me. I'm glad I changed my primary doctor to Lexington Family Physicians. The staff take the time to listen to you and show that they really care about your well being. 5 Stars from me!!
