- MGMorgan GreeneJun 13, 20221.0Was looking for a new dentist for the Lenoir area. Called to make an appointment and the office personnel was really nice. The day before my appointment I was contacted and told their was a need to reschedule that an emergency had came up. I rescheduled. I understand things happen. Well received another phone call on Friday for my appointment the following Monday stating they needed to reschedule my appointment again. I call and leave a voicemail Friday. I hear nothing back so I call again around lunch the Monday of my appointment asking to speak to someone to get more information as to what is going on. I was told since they couldn’t get ahold of me Friday which they called me right before they closed they canceled my appointment. The office manager I spoke with was very unprofessional nor could see a problem with this logic.
