- JAJane AndersonApr 28, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with this Pilates club, mainly due to the management. I made multiple attempts to contact the manager regarding an issue, and my calls were never returned. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. Good communication is a basic expectation, especially when clients are paying for a service. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.
