I made multiple attempts to contact the manager regarding an issue, and my calls were never returned. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. Good communication is a basic expectation, especially when clients are paying for a service. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

I've lost 23lbs to date, built significant muscle, and developed remarkable core strength. My legs and arms are now more sculpted, my posture has improved dramatically, and I've gained flexibility and strength I never thought possible. The staff at Club Pilates are exceptional - the front desk team is friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and motivating. I eagerly look forward to each class and can't recommend Club Pilates enough. It's been a transformative experience that has exceeded my expectations in every way!
