  I had a very disappointing experience with this Pilates club, mainly due to the management. I made multiple attempts to contact the manager regarding an issue, and my calls were never returned. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. Good communication is a basic expectation, especially when clients are paying for a service. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

  Amazing class! It was the perfect combination of challenging and relaxing. This was my first class, and the instructor took her time to explain everything and make it very easy to understand. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend pilates for anyone who is going to have or had had knee replacement surgery. Pilates made me stronger and helped in my recovery. Twice! The Club Pilates instructors are phenomenal and the front desk staff led by Taylor have created a welcoming community.
