- LHLisa HitchcockSep 9, 20261.0I have called twice a month for the last 5 years, YES, FIVE YEARS to get an eye exam appointment and told every single time… “Nope, we not taking new Patients at this time, but you can go to our Winston office”. Ok, I understand that I was a patient at the Kernersville office for 10 years, then I moved out of town due to a job relocation, after 3 years that job transferred us back to Kernersville 5 years ago. I understood that I may have to wait a bit to get back in, hence the twice a month call. But you mean to tell me that in 5 years… not one New Patient Appointment has opened up? I brought 8 other family members into Harper Eye Care since 2010… 4 of those family members have since passed away and 3 have moved out of town and 1 is now seeking a new eye doctor (something about the Medicaid rules have changed) but no new patient openings, hmmm. Ok so I guess I will have to go 30 miles to the Winston office then. But while trying to find the number to the Winston Office… I discovered there REALLY is no more “Harper Eye Care”… it’s been Sold out to CORPORATE, hence why it’s now called Triangle Vision. Thank goodness for Google Reviews or I would have never known this, now I guess I will mourn my Ignorance and just move on, I only hope I can find another as good as Harper Eye Care was….
