  GNC in the Jacksonville Mall has a decent selection of vitamins, supplements, health products, and fitness related items, but my overall experience was disappointing. The store carries many popular products and offers a variety of options for customers interested in health and wellness. However, the customer experience did not meet expectations. Service, communication, and the overall shopping atmosphere could use improvement. When customers visit a specialty store like GNC, they expect knowledgeable assistance and helpful guidance when choosing products. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of that standard. Overall, GNC in the Jacksonville Mall receives two stars based on my experience. The product selection has potential, but improvements are needed in customer service, staff engagement, and creating a more positive experience for shoppers.

  Went to get energy drinks and they were marked buy 1 get the second 50% off. They lady wouldn’t redeem them the discount.

  Unbelievably rude. I walked in and asked if they sold an energy drink that could mitigate high gluccose for a diabetic. The girl with sandy blonde hair accused me of wasting her time. "We don't have time to answer your question because we have to meet our sales percentage." No one was in the store. GNC? Get ready to close this store if she does this to other prospective customers. I left without buying anything.

  They try to get you to buy multiple items called stacks because they have quotas they don’t really care about what really works they just try to push what is supposed to for that month or week or whatever on top of being overly priced even with there bullsh** membership
