  I worked with Rush. He is absolutely top notch when it comes to my glasses. He is so experienced in helping pick out the perfect frame, his measurements were spot on and always very professional. He is definitely an asset to Eye Mart and passionate about his work!

  We called morning of 8/26 and asked if we could bring our own frames in for simeprescription sunglasses. We were told "yes, but some frames won't work." Ok, so, we drove an hour to the store and when we arrived, we were told "no. You cannot use your frames at all. We stopped doing that a couple of days ago." Thanks for wasting our time and fuel, Eye Mart. And for the woman who greeted us, lady, stand up when you greet customers. You look lazy and unprofessional when you sit behind your desk "chillaxin" to the urban beats on your pandora stream.

  We needed quick glasses that were lost on vacation. Jessica helped us and was extremely nice and willing to assist. She gave us advice and wanted to make sure we get our best deal. They didn't have printing abilities. Not sure if that was just the day we went or overall.

  Came to look for glasses and not a single person greeted me or looked my way. Which was fine, since the place had the lights dim and I probably couldn’t see what they offered anyways. I’ve worn glasses for decades but I don’t need them to see that I won’t be choosing here to purchase my next pair.

  The Jacksonville staff was so helpful. My prescription wasn't correct. Therefore, I had to go back three different times for adjustment. They were wonderful!
