  They say that your frames have a warranty untill u need to use it, this was a decent place a year ago not so much anymore, the frames aren't 6 months old

  Customer serivce is outta this world. Pirces are fair and quick. They do everything same day which i really love. Get examine and glases same day. I refer all my peeps that that ask me abkut an eye glass place. Never a complant from them. So you will not go worng with them.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hands down the most disappointing experience. I ordered lenses for my existing frame. After waiting 2 weeks for my "text" to notify me that my glasses were ready, I called was told the new lenses did not pass inspection and had to be reordered. After waiting 3 weeks, I called and was told they were checking into the order and would return my call. They did not .After 1 day shy of 4 weeks, I called AGAIN. Beth, the store manager, apologized for the delay. She let me know that she was personally handling the situation. Finally, 4 weeks from the original order, I got the text. Beth's behavior at pick up was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Knowing the situation and all of the issues, she made absolutely no attempt to speak to me or even acknowledge that I was there after all the trouble.My new lenses earned the 1 star. Beth did not.

  We called morning of 8/26 and asked if we could bring our own frames in for simeprescription sunglasses. We were told "yes, but some frames won't work." Ok, so, we drove an hour to the store and when we arrived, we were told "no. You cannot use your frames at all. We stopped doing that a couple of days ago." Thanks for wasting our time and fuel, Eye Mart. And for the woman who greeted us, lady, stand up when you greet customers. You look lazy and unprofessional when you sit behind your desk "chillaxin" to the urban beats on your pandora stream.
