  Dr. Ros has been my PCP for 1+ year and I can’t speak more highly of him. He listens to my needs and prioritizes my care, the staff is also professional. My one suggestion is to improve their paperwork procedures, I’ve had to follow up on multiple occasions to ensure it was delivered to the insurance company. Paperwork is done on Fridays, so you may be waiting 2 weeks for an update.

  I love this medical office, Haley is always so friendly, courteous, willing to help any and everyone, she knows patients by name which is an amazing personality trait that not a lot of people have. Dr. Sydney is also AMAZING, she not only listens to you but she hears you. As someone who was diagnosed with asthma at 6 months old and have dealt with uncontrolled asthma most of my life, she has changed regimens added new things and I can honestly say that WE now have my asthma under control

  My wait time was less than 5 minutes after check-in and then again once I was in the room. Sidney Lowe is an excellent provider. She is aware of my medical history and went over the importance of the lab results. She took time to explain how my meds affect my diabetes. She is a gold mine.

  After recently moving to the Jacksonville area, I found it difficult to locate a reliably professional medical provider. However, I'm now happy to report that I have finally found the care I have been looking for in, Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine. The staff at Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine were polite and businesslike as I listed my medical concerns, and the front desk staff treated me in a courteous and attentive manner, even though they were somewhat busy during the time of my visit. Also, the physician's assistant who examined me took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, the physician's assistant gave me a referral to a specialist, and he also gave me easy to understand advice on how I should modify my diet in order to help control my blood sugar. It has been many years since I encountered the same level of competence and proficiency, which I recently experienced at Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine, and I highly recommend them to anyone who longs for the days of good professional medical care.
