After the sales pitch, the ladies were very nice, I was told the price of the arches only, no shoes, was over $1700.00. Imagine my surprise! I felt bad for taking up their time so when they offered a single, no warranty arch for a couple hundred I bought them. Now I have hip and knee pain I didn’t have before and an expensive pair of arches I can’t wear. I’m sorry I ever went there. Lesson learned.

But everything about this depends on the person who helps you. I went back in for a follow up appointment which I scheduled while I was there originally. They acted like they knew nothing about me and the person who helped me was not there. I have problems with my left hip and wanted an adjustment. Someone helped me and it was much better. What I didn't know was that she took the maintainers that I had on and gave me a different size new strengthener instead of a maintainer. I went back today to switch out the strengtheners. The store manager and the employee who replaced my maintainer the day before proceeded to talk about me like I wasn't there. "Is this the lady who came in for a replacement and didn't know that she had a maintainer instead of a strengthener?" Then the store manager proceeded to tell me that I have them a maintainer that I thought was a strengthener and therefore the employee had given me the wrong part. I said that I did not say that and that I knew what I came in with and I had told the employee what it was. She immediately took offense and would not deal with me because I was raising my voice. I take offense to being accused of saying something that I DID NOT SAY. If she had just handled business instead of running away and getting bent out of shape, it would have been fine. So instead of correcting their mistake she said I should come back another day. No. I went outside for a min and came back in. The employee helped me but still tried to make out like it was my mistake. They were clearly wrong and yes they did make a mistake. It was not my mistake it was theirs. What happened to the "customer is always right"? Clearly Ashley the manager needs to go back to school.

Immediately I was offended as I had brought a backpack containing an extra pair of shoes as the instructions on my confirmation email had requested. Additionally the backpack that I had brought in was black, and everyone knows DoorDash has red bags with the logo on them smh I was extremely disappointed in the brand and the lack of customer service. Needless to say I did not buy from the store and would not recommend that you do so either!
