They are attentive, know how to correct form without making you feel self-conscious, and clearly care about helping people get stronger and improve, not just filling a class roster. Every session feels genuinely tailored, whether I’m a beginner catching my breath or pushing for a harder variation. The studio itself is clean and welcoming, and the energy in class is motivating without being intimidating. I’ve noticed real changes in my strength and posture since starting, and I look forward to going. If you’re on the fence about trying barre, this location is a great place to start.

The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and all around awesome! The community of clients is so welcoming. The owner, Katie, has created such a great environment for all of us. The unique workout is ever changing and evolving, and I have never been bored, nor have I ever taken the same workout twice. Best workout studio around!
