Welcome to DexaFit Lake Norman, where we combine cutting-edge technology with personalized health insights to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. Our services include the Gold Standard in body composition with DEXA scans, VO2 Max fitness testing, RMR Metabolism testing, Kinotek Movement Analysis, Grip strength and Power and Acceleration test with the Proteus 3d Resistance machine. You can also use the Proteus Motion machine and Carol bike for training. In addition, we have the TredSled to help bulletproof your knees and ankles.
