- SBSleepless in BooklandAug 21, 20262.0Lovely frames, decent prices BUT HAD TO SEND BOTH PAIRS BACK because the lenses were two right eyesight n one pair and the second pair the right lenses was upside down (with gradual bifocal on top of the lense). Then fast forward to today, I need another pair, and am gaslit and laughed at by the lady saying she's the only one there (after overhearing she's talking to her coworker, her words) and refused to let me speak to someone else present after she says she cannot find me in her system AS I AM LOOKING AT RECEIPT AND NOTIFICATION from them saying I bought glasses that were there (EMAIL DATING FALL 2024). Unprofessional and they say you get what you pay for....
- SPsandy priceAug 12, 20262.0Staff was really nice in Hudson, but I got same cost glasses, same prescription as my husband. I got mine in Hudson for around 250.00. Husband got his in hickory 100.00. We have the same type insurance. I don’t get it?!!!! I also had to take mine back for another fitting because they were not right. Staff helpful and supportive in the refitting.
