I’ve been waiting outside for 4 hours now. They place you on hold for over 10 minutes if you try to call inside and ask them if they forgot about you. I’m confused how there is … about 3 lady’s working the reception desk, and someone how they all managed to ignore me when I walked inside to check in. It seems like no one here actually cares about the patients anymore and it’s a damn shame. It’s been about 3 visits that this is how my experience here goes.
