  I went recently for an ingrown toenail. The doctor cut off the front of it and said it was fine rather than cut the whole thing out which I had specifically asked and came for. He also said I had nail fungus and tried to sell me a $75 creme, but I don't have any fungus. Now it's one week later and I'm in major pain again, I'll go elsewhere to get the care I'd like. They get 2 stars because I went once before a year or two ago and the doctor I saw then was great. Now I have to pay for another office visit.

  I had been receiving consistent treatment at Foot and Ankle Specialists of Holly Springs for about a year with good progress. Unfortunately, when my technician left the practice, my appointments were cancelled and I have been unable to resume care due to lack of capacity. My last appointment was in February, and I’ve made no progress since. Compounding the frustration, I recently received a bill for a no-show appointment that I never scheduled. Over the past few weeks I have tried repeatedly to resolve this: - Multiple calls to the billing team went unresolved because “the practice” wouldn’t respond. - I messaged through the patient portal and received only a generic boilerplate reply that ignored my actual concern. - I drove to the office to speak with the Office Manager (Sharon). - She was unavailable, and the front desk staff gave the same scripted response without addressing that I never made the appointment. - The front desk gave me Sharon’s number. After waiting nearly 40 minutes on hold, she refused to take my call. - Billing later confirmed there was nothing they could do and that it had to be handled by the office, leaving me stuck in an endless loop. The complete breakdown in communication and unwillingness of management to address basic patient concerns is very disappointing. I expected better from a practice I had trusted with my care for as long as I have. Potential patients should be aware of these issues before committing to treatment here.

  Listen… I walked into Dr. Devin Grant’s office limping like I just finished a 4-overtime SEC football game. This foot pain had been riding with me for MONTHS like a broke cousin that don’t know when to leave. Meanwhile, Dr. Grant looked at my foot one good time like, “Oh… THIS what been causing all that commotion?” Fifteen minutes later… FIFTEEN… I’m walking out smoother than a Cadillac on fresh pavement. Now let me tell y’all something — some doctors prescribe pills, some prescribe therapy… Dr. Devin Grant prescribed FREEDOM. That man fixed my foot so fast I almost thought he had the deluxe healthcare package from Wakanda. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly gifted at what he does. If your feet out here screaming louder than sports fans after a bad playoff call, go see Dr. Grant immediately. 10/10 experience. The man didn’t just treat the pain… he evicted it.
