- LML MSJun 23, 20261.0I was considering switching from Publix because i tend to be on this side more so i got one prescription filled here. They didn’t acknowledge me standing there for like 5 minutes and then finally Lynn did but she was super rude with a mean tone. Guess i wont fill anymore prescriptions here
- ATAlec TraunicMar 10, 20235.0Very helpful and understanding staff, even as pharmacists and staff change. They've helped sort out many problems when they can, and a very considerate of their clientele. Any time I've had a problem they can help with, they've already been calling folks to sort out communication issues and get my medication as soon as possible. Long-time customers seem to be able to develop a relationship with them, which can be very important to ensuring long-term care. After dealing with another pharmacy that's now closer but not as good, I might be returning. They're worth the drive.
- BPBethany PazOct 28, 20202.0Maybe I was spoiled at the NW Cary location but this pharmacy didn’t want to check another locations system for my prescription, told me I’d have to come back and they would “try” to access it after I confirmed it was sent to another one. Even though I had a screaming newborn and another kiddo with me and clearly didn’t want to return mid pandemic when she could just transfer it over. They then told me they can’t do curbside although the website states they do. The Fuquay location and one in park side town commons are much friendlier and more helpful. I am super irritated with this one. Go somewhere with drive up it’s more convenient
