  WARNING TO ALL NEW CUSTOMERS: DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE...... Their customers service around their cancellation policy is horrible. I brought it to their attention immediately that I were sick that could no longer attend. ( you have to provide 30 days notice) and asked to cancel) i did that , I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 2 months! I have call, text, and email about needing to cancel but yet they are still trying to charge me for another month! but then they charged me again so that left my account with an balance. Then they say you have to pay before we can cancel. Then they keep charging my account. Now they send me to collection of 360.00. Also when I went on the app to book, ALL classes are not only booked but have several people on a waiting list. So you paying but you can't get in a class...... please read all reviews I promise you they're the worst. I won't be back.

  Love this Club Pilates studio, the instructors are amazing here, very knowledgeable! See Jerica for all your class needs!
