  WARNING TO NEW CUSTOMERS: BEFOE YOU SIGN UP, GO ON THE APP AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE CLASSES AVAILABLE!!! I purchased at an auction a month free gift certificate. Except, when I went on the app to book, ALL classes are not only booked but have several people on a waiting list. I assure you all the five star reviews are by recurring clients who manage to book weeks advance classes online as soon as allowed. Leaving ZERO space for new clients who then pay a fortune for classes they won’t be able to take, or they will find a class or five per month which does NOT justify the cost.

  Please refund the charges for the classes that were cancelled in advance and should not have been billed.

  They bait and switch. You will sign up, but never get a spot in a class. Just an endless waitlist purgatory as the weeks go by. You will be 8th, 9th or 10th on the waitlist and they will tell you to keep trying. Meanwhile the weeks go by and your fitness suffers. Do not sign up - they are COMPLETELY FULL. When I asked for my money back because the service that I paid for was not being delivered they said 'Well you signed a contract so you have to pay us'. Do not waste your money here.
