On more than one occasion, I have taken off of work, showed up for my appointment, and been told that they canceled my appointment. This morning it happened again, and I was told that they canceled my appointment for 'not confirming'. I listened again to the voicemail reminder they left for me and it DID NOT ask me to call back to confirm that I would be there. They just called and said it was a reminder of the appointment. They did not offer to fit me in to the schedule or to reschedule me for a different day. I will not be returning and I suggest you don't waste your time either.
