  Service has gotten better than it was a couple of years ago and my glasses turned out just fine but I never got a call or an explanation on why I had to wait 5 weeks.

  My interaction with everyone at Triange Visions Optometry has been positive. That means the optometrist, his assistant, and the schedulting staff. People are knowledgeable, caring, and competent. I feel confident that I am getting the proper treatment for counteracting high eye fluid pressure and impending glaucoma.

  I brought in two pairs of recently purchased glasses I got at another optometry store but could not clearly see out of. TVO remeasured me for progressives, compared it to the actual lenses in the glasses and made suggestions for next steps to address the issues of the improper lens made by the other company. They were helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

  Let me start with the positive: Dr Rodgers is an excellent, patient, and thorough professional whom I saw for 20+ years, well prior to his joining this practice. (I truly wish he had not done so!) Everything else about this place is in a downward spiral getting worse by the minute. From their sole focus on profits, the staff un-welcoming reception upon arrival at the office, to their phone etiquete -they cut you mid-sentence, contradict you regarding what the pt. has or has not scheduled- to their blaming the patient for their disorganized records, this place is inhospitable from the get-go. Staff turnover is also of note, so if a patient did not care for a specific staff member, not to worry, they will likely not be there at the next visit. Yet, this practice cannot seem to manage hiring decent, polite staff who understand fundamental customer service skills. I'm generously letting them keep the 2nd star **only** b/c of Dr Rodgers. However, he alone deserves 5 stars. While in fairness I cannot express an opinion about the other doctors -whom I never saw, the overall practice and the staff get below a zero. You do the math... Btw: Did you all notice how TVO's "onwer" only responds to thank positive reviewers? They extend zero effort to even acknowledge, let alone try to remedy the situation that brought about a negative review to begin with..... Way to go TVO!
