  I would definitely recommend Pure Barre High Point. It’s the one workout I genuinely look forward to, which says a lot. I’ve been attending classes regularly for over a year now, and the experience has been consistently positive. From the beginning, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie among both the instructors and members. It truly feels like a supportive community, which makes it that much easier to stay committed and motivated.

  I LOVE Pure Barre High Point! My first class was in August of 2020 and I’m over 600 classes in! This studio has changed my life in so many positive ways and is not just about exercise for me. It has become a community of brave, strong and motivated women who have helped me see the beauty and strength in myself. There is no judgement or competition here. This is truly my favorite exercise format and something that I look forward to doing everyday! I highly recommend Pure Barre High Point to anyone looking to begin or add to their workout routine.
