  Dr Puschinsky, Robin and all the nurses I've encountered have been very kind and understanding. They have listened to me, followed through on any concerns I have had and been great to deal with. They treat you like a human being were as most places treat you like a number. Im so thankful that I found them and highly recommend them to anyone needing a urologist. Thank you all so very much for your kindness and compassion and for helping me get on the road to recovery!

  Procedure was fine. They owe me three hundred dollars and refuse to pay me. So I had to chase down my insurance provider and then have them contact the office staff (which, they did) and the office staff still deny being provided the EOB. So I had to do the same rigamaroll a 2nd time and this time my insurance provider even sent an email to their inbox. It's pretty screwed up that they fight me on the overcharge, but okay whatever. 1 star. Avoid. PS: If you refund me the amount you owe me then I will change the review to a four-star. UPDATE: Amount finally paid.

  Was expecting to be in a lot of pain , but didn’t have near the pain expected! Dr Puschinsky is an excellent surgeon and a very thoroughly urogologist! I have been having problems with incontintence for quite a while and I’ve been on Mybetriq for a year . It helped some but very expensive Medicare barely pays anything for it! It’s in their nonformulary! The actual costs around 1500. Medicare only pays about a third of the costs of the medicine. I was talking with a friend a and she had a bladder mesh operation and it really helped her a lot! I talked with Dr Puschinsky and decided that I would like to try and see if my problem can be fixed with surgery. I have several medical conditions that could effect it working.Coughing the day after surgery no accident!! If you need a urologist go to Dr Puschinsky at Medical Center Urology Tamra Crowder

  Dr. Puschinsky at Medical Center Urology in High Point, NC is extremely knowledgeable! He speaks to you so that you clearly understand and there is no guessing the information being relayed. He takes his time to find the problem and provides various treatment options. I was very impressed with the way he scheduled follow-up appointments. He didn't schedule appointments too far out. He wanted to know how his patient was progressing. Additionally, the entire staff is courteous and addresses one by name making it a personable and memorable experience. Customer service is very important to me and they do an exceptional job! Dr. Puschinsky fixed my issue and I know he can do it for you too! He is the best in town! Often times he and his staff worked me in to be seen if I was having an issue. Lastly, Dr. Puschinsky takes the time to talk to his patients on the phone if need be versus nurses relaying information.

  Of all of the doctors that I see every month. This is one of the best that I see. The staff, Nurses, and all of the rest of the Medical Center Urology. Is the most professional, caring people . When Doctor Puschinsky talks to you, he makes sure that you understand everything that is going on. The only thing that I have a problem with. I just wished that Doctor Puschinsky had smaller fingers.
