  Barbara and her team are amazing! Ever since I have used this company they have made me feel like my needs are important. They are very helpful, considerate, compassionate and supportive people yet work with diligence and professionalism. They work tirelessly to ensure that my order is correct and that my delivery is on time. I am thankful for their patience and understanding! I truly appreciate all that they do for me!

  I found out I needed surgery within days. The first place I called to get a wheelchair kept giving me the runaround. Friday about 4:00, I am a bundle of nerves. I called Ms Sarah at Piedmont Medical Supply. She was so very friendly and helpful. She asked my measurements (I gave diameter. She just needed side to side. So immediately, I lost weight lol). I gave her my insurance info and she gave me one month’s rental fee. I thought she meant $4k… nope, just $44 (immediately saved me money). My stress level came down so much and so fast, I was actually able to sleep Friday night knowing I had one less thing to worry about. I went Monday morning to pick chair up (they even loaded it in car for me). Quick and painless paperwork and out the door. For all your medical supply needs, I highly recommend Ms Sarah and her team!!

  0 stars if I could. They don't care about your time or business. Don't care that phones don't work. When you have a family member with health issues this is crucial in health care

  I recently purchased medical supplies for an injured foot at Piedmont Medical Supply. Sarah assisted me and went out of her way to accommodate me and get me exactly what I needed. I’ve purchased items there before and have always found every employee to be friendly, caring, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have an outstanding inventory of medical supplies and if they don’t have what I’ve needed in stock they’ve ordered it and had it available for me quickly.

  I needed crutches and the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and adjusted them for me.
