  I just had my yearly hearing test at Miracle Ear, in the Hickory NC office. I was very impressed with Shelly Toney. She is new and I really liked her. She answered all my questions and gave me some great advice on my tinnitus. I also love Stephanie Jonas at the front desk. Anytime I need something or have questions, I can call and Stephanie answers the questions or gets me into the office. I always feel comfortable when I go there. I highly recommend Shelly Toner and Stephanie Jonas.

  My husband, Robert recently had one of the wires on his hearing aid break and he made a trip to your Hickory office to possibly have it sent off for repair. Stephanie Jonas examined it and said she thought she could repair it. She did that while he waited, saving him an extra trip to Hickory. He was very impressed with the service. He is also pleased with the adjustments made by Chad Parker on his last visit. Two very knowledgeable and professional people that I would recommend to anyone needing help with hearing loss.

  I"m writing this review for my mother Cuba Blackwell who recently purchased hearing aids. Each and every time she went to the Miracle Ear located in Hickory, NC she received excellent care. Recently, one of her hearing aids stopped working. She called the office and was asked to come by the same day and let them check the hearing aids. Stephanie Jonas repaired the hearing aids the same day. Thank you Stephanie! The staff are very friendly and it is apparent they enjoy their jobs!
