She patiently and thoroughly explains everything even when she is swamped in the office like she was yesterday. This speaks volumes to her care and compassion for her patients. The entire office staff is absolutely wonderful.

Dr Milam was very personable and educated me about cataract. I will ask for appts on days when he is there from now on, when possible

They are kind , respectful and highly knowledgeable. My prescription is always right. I admit that I've tried other optometrist offices closer to my city, instead of driving an hour to see Dr. Green in Hickory, and I'm disappointed every time when my prescription isn't right. The ones close to me would shrug and tell me basically " no its right" and one at the mall, screamed " its right and im not doing it again " as for me, its kiser eye care in Hickory as long as long as I have eyes to be examined
