  Staff and technicians can use some more training, especially on sticking that needle into my veins. Bruising, swelling and bleeding, but and then resticking the good arm. I wish I can post up photos! 9/24/2026 Update to in response to the owners response below my review. I tried using that link and can’t submit my information and complaint bc it’s reads error twice.

  Love all the people, Sierra is my favorite screener and Brianna. Dave is awesome everywhere and so is James.also love the bright redhead that is everywhere too, and she knits. Also love all the phlebotomist like Jasmine, asia, jazzy, Mauri, of course Lauren and Kendra, Ashlyn and pretty tall blond her name is escaping me and love Keisha she is always smiling. Thanks for all the work from all the employees because they make kedplasma the best. Also love Evelyn and pretty blond boss lady too.

  DONT COME HERE! This place is unprofessional every time they mess up you will be punished for it while they just get told to pay attention the staff is very Incompetent Especially the medical staff that does the physical because they will wait a year to tell you that you was supposed to fill something out then make it your problem to fix it and make you run around town going to all the wrong places and still don't know what to do over a belly button I will never donate at this place or receive anything that is made by kedplasma even if it would save my life especially from the anti D program even Josh the person who runs it I already know nothing will be done about this I had a tech there that has mess up on me a number of times she didn't hook the line to the bowl all of my blood pour out she gets told to pay attention but yet I get told I'm not allowed to come back for 56 days god forbid that you live off those donations they won't care but beg everyone to come in and help

  Lowest i ever seen the pay been coming for 6 years 9 months and 19 days.. almost never missed a day... And this is the lowest i seen the donor fee.. 490 thats with the one 20 bonus.. i know they make more money off sellin it than 30 or 80 a bottle when i donate 1000 ml almost every time..bring pay back up

  They are so helpful I have had issues and they are so helpful and considerate. I have seen them help others who are having a negative reaction as well. I feel they really explain and try to care for everyone. I really appreciate it when they get it on the first try. I have a few favorite philbotomist. I react more often if they have to try again or adjust the needle.
