She made knowing what my insurance would cover and out of pocket cost were going to be. Glasses were made in about 20-30 min after I paid. Great and fast service at a great price! Highly recommend!

No one greeted me, but I was like it's okay they're still busy. When they were done with there customers I was like yeah they'll come and help me next, but nope they just went to sit in their chairs. I literally stood there for 10 minutes and none of them care to come greet me or ask if I needed any help. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

And their warranty is amazing my glasses completely snapped and I had superglued them back together and everything and they STILL replaced them for free. 10/5 stars.

She wouldn’t allow me to go to the back room with my underage child. I felt very uncomfortable letting my son be in the room with this hostile woman. How does she have a job if she’s dealing with the public. She needs anger management. I feel so bad for her employees because all of them where super courteous and sweet
