- SSShaquayla Surratt6 days ago1.0Poor customer service. I arrived 9 minutes late, still within the stated 10-minute grace period and was told I could not be seen. There was no clear communication about the policy, even after calling to ask. He kept deflecting and talking about the next patients appointment times instead of answering the question clearly. The staff showed very little understanding or professionalism regarding the inconvenience. Instead of trying to accommodate me as a new patient or offering a later appointment time that day, the front desk immediately tried to push my appointment out to Tuesday. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing an 11 AM appointment available online for the very next day. The only reason I’m returning is because of the new patient offer. Otherwise, after this experience, I would not come back.
