  I have been donating plasma at the Hendersonville location since October 2025. *ALL* of the staff members are great! They’re friendly and helpful, explaining what will happen, and they usually have music or a movie to watch. However, this comment is for *CORPORATE* - since the Asheville location CLOSED, there have been many, MANY more people, and there are *NOT* enough beds, nor staff members to handle the influx of donors. It is *NOT* the fault of the staff at the Hendersonville location - CORPORATE should have made a plan, *LONG* before Asheville closed! It’s *NOT FAIR* to dump *TWICE* the work onto your staff, who are now there much later, as late as 9pm!!! And the “new” people from Asheville just don’t get it - you have to wait your turn, be patient, obey the rules. It’s not fair to the donors who have been at Hendersonville either, now having to deal with extremely rude and disrespectful donors, just because their center CLOSED! It’s *NOT* the fault of the Hendersonville staff - IT IS THE FAULT OF CORPORATE, who did *NOTHING* to prepare for all the extra people who would be coming! I will still be there to donate - I just have to allow for extra time now. Corporate, *YOU* need to address this problem, SOON! Thank you!

  Called hours ahead and was told to come at a certain time and came at that time and then was told they couldn’t see a “new donor”. 2.5hr round trip wasted…. Sorry I’ve never done this before but your staff told me when and where to come and I came and was turned away. Complete waste of time and resources!

  I have been coming here for over 2 years and am only writing a review because in the past 3 weeks or so the wait times have gotten ridiculous today's date 5/26/26,doesnt matter the time or day wait times have been well over an hour. Need more staff ,more machines. Other than wait times I dont really have any complaints. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming to me. If things change for the better I will update my review

  I gave them 2 stars because the staff was nice but it’s too busy. After completing the onboarding video, I sat in the booth for 40mins (the video played twice more) and nobody ever came back to me. I told 4 different people I was done and all they said was “ok”. One guy said “oh - ok well I have to help this other guy” and he never came back either. Now I’ve gotta drive all the way back because they still had my license. This ended up costing me money instead.
