  I gave them 2 stars because the staff was nice but it’s too busy. After completing the onboarding video, I sat in the booth for 40mins (the video played twice more) and nobody ever came back to me. I told 4 different people I was done and all they said was “ok”. One guy said “oh - ok well I have to help this other guy” and he never came back either. Now I’ve gotta drive all the way back because they still had my license. This ended up costing me money instead.

  First time donating here so this review might change over time. The Grifols center in AVL closed so now I have to make the trek down here. Upon walking in, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and layout of this place. My only real complaint with the new donor process is that I went through it with an employee who was definitely unfamiliar with it and thus took far longer (there was another new donor who arrived about 10 minutes after me but didn't actually get to start their process until almost 15 minutes after me, yet finished a couple minutes before me) to complete that process. All of the employees were kind, courteous, and welcoming, and I can tell that I'll enjoy my time donating here. My only real complaint is the 30-45 minute drive I have to make twice a week now. Here's to hoping that maybe KED will open a center in AVL somewhere!

  Best experience I've ever had donating plasma. All of the staff I've encountered have been friendly and knowledgeable. Quick and painless. Jackie, Megan and Autumn were all amazing!
