  I signed the Hippa form to release my information from Carolina ophthalmology to another ophthalmologist and they would not just print the recent information and said that I needed their third party to send it and that it could take up to 30 days. They hire a bunch of young girls that don’t care about making it easy for people to get their records because I feel that are young and don’t want to go out of their way to help present/past patients! I will warn people about this place and the time I’ve put into getting my records for one day, which was recent enough for them to print & send to the other doctor’s office. I will not go back!

  Dr Clayton Bryan is my ophthalmologist who has monitored my glaucoma for years. Two years ago he noted on a routine glaucoma test a wet spot on my retina. He called in Dr. Raj Patel, a retinologist who informed me that I had wet macular degeneration. He explained how quickly I could lose my sight unless treated, which he did that day. I see him every 3 months for eye injections in both eyes and my sight has been stable. Thanks to you both. JoAnne Gance

  The entire establishment is very professional. The appearance.\nThey have a very large group of established patients , which in some circumstances will create longer wait times. Somehow they function very well and precise , in every manner speaking. So far very pleased. A retina patient and cataract with over riding diagnosis of m e c f s

  I had to have emergency eye surgery and the staff at Carolina Ophthalmology quickly and efficiently scheduled it for that evening. Dr. Raj Patel performed the surgery despite it being after normal office hours. The entire experience reinforced my opinion that this practice is well run, with caring and exceptional physicians and staff.

  This Doctor’s office exceeded my expectations. I was a bit early and was taken in five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Had many pictures and scans of my eyes and then an amazing interpretation of their findings by my doctor. A plan in place moving forward for follow up. Excellent visit from the gal taking me back to the doctor. Highly recommend.
