They’ve got many specialists who are really good as well as just your general eye exam which always goes very well. They’re timely organized and always friendly.! Most of all, they seem to really know their stuff- I highly recommend them.

However, I mentioned this to Dr. Park when he came in the procedure room and I was very pleased with the reply he gave me. He said they were looking into throttling back appointments because they were hearing similar complaints. I felt his response was truthful and forthright. I have long thought that not only are we patients, we are customers. Well done!

I take my mother in law to a different ophthalmologist and it feels like you're being herded through they're system, going station to station, seeing many different technicians who seem either bored or unhappy. Not at Carolina Opthamology! I'm greeted with a smile, I see one, maybe two technicians who happily engage with me, and the doctor I see, Dr Mark Joseph, is amazing! I really appreciate the experience every time I go.
