  I have been using this pharmacy for a while now but the person I just spoke with was so rude. I called because my insurance keeps getting switched in their system (not sure why, that’s why I asked) and she was so rude and gave such a nasty attitude and made a comment of “it’s not like we go in and switch your information around”. I don’t know much about insurance and my insurance has been the same all year, I do not know why I’ve had to call every time I do a refill / get medication and confirm my info with them again, but I can surely tell you that because of her demeanor I just switched my pharmacy somewhere else.

  UPDATE since my last post about my daughters prescription: I should have learned my lesson almost 10 months ago, but I didn't. The pharmacist here are fine. The techs however, are absolutely the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. Not only have they been rude to my elderly mother, but absolutely horrible to myself. Will HT lose money on my family moving prescriptions elsewhere? No, but to be that miserable in life to treat others that way in a service industry is unacceptable. It doesn't give me the option of Zero stars. 1 star is too good! The economy is getting ao much better that they should find another job. Came into pick up my daughters prescription. My mother tried to get it the night before, and they told her it would be 20 minutes. My mother left and I came in this morning. They are so rude. They said that they didn't understand the script and called the Dr office but haven't heard from anyone. Why tell my mother it would be 20 minutes, then confused about the script? I asked the rep to read it to me. She visibly got frustrated. I calmly said that I wasn't feeling the best myself, and to further her not getting more frustrated, I would call the Dr. Called and got it straightened out immediately. I asked them to communicate better next time and kindness goes a long way. This isn't the first time they have been this rude. She acted like she was so busy, but not busy enough to have another coworker bring her Starbucks and continue to talk about me in front of my face. Horrible! Very unprofessional!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Almost every single person I have dealt with over the past 3 years has been so rude or just has a terrible attitude. I’ve been ignored, eyes rolled, condescending attitudes for no reason. I receive a coupon code from my Dr. that heavily discounts my payment and every time they give me a problem. Every. Single. Month. It’s an issue. But every time after them getting frustrated it works and I’ve even asked if there’s a way to store it on file and one guy said yes, a woman said no and another woman rudely replied “it’s already on there” when it clearly wasn’t because the price hadn’t dropped. I went last week to pick up my husbands script and that was the last straw for me. I had called earlier that morning to confirm it was ready along with two others and they confirmed yes all three were ready for pickup. I get there and they say it’s been put back on the shelf because it had sat for too many days and when I asked why I wasn’t told that this morning the man replied “idk I wasn’t here this morning” so I was like okay well how long will it take to be refilled and he said 30mins. Ridiculous. It shouldn’t need refilled in the first place. Or I should have been told that that morning and I would have asked for it to have been refilled so that it would be ready after work. Everyone there is just plain rude and I’m finally switching pharmacy’s after giving them chance after chance.
