I enjoyed my experience here as someone who is new to pilates. I took the Tuesday 3:30pm Reformers class with Lydia who is a great instructor. We focused on full body strength and mobility. I left slightly challenged, but not overwhelmed, and mentally refreshed. I recommend this class if you are already active, and it's okay if you are a beginner. Lydia will guide you through each movement to make sure that you are right where you need to be.

I took an intro class today and it was wonderful! Christiana is a great instructor! She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and funny. I really enjoyed the class and atmosphere.
