- JJJJ Jennifer JohnsonAug 11, 20261.0Happy self pay patient for 4 years until today: 4:15pm appt scheduled exactly 1 year ago 3:58pm arrival and checked in 4:28 pm led into room 5:00pm I walk out without having been seen and no dr still My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. I will not be back and I will no longer refer any of my patients here again. I would not be in business if I ever kept my patients waiting that long with no communication.

I was repeatedly told I would only owe a flat rate for skin tag removal, but four months later I received an additional bill for testing that was never disclosed upfront and ended up costing nearly three times the original amount quoted. I spoke with a manager for about 15 minutes, but she was dismissive, spoke over me, and did not offer any resolution or refund. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and will be referring my clients elsewhere moving forward.
