- NBNose Bleed4 days ago1.0Some of the people are downright mean & act like they are better than you when a lot of them are in there giving plasma themselves. I am looking for another center to go to that doesn’t treat people like crap.
- AGAmia Green4 days ago1.0They are taking longer & longer to pay people then never answer the phone. Shae or whatever her name is (the blonde with glasses & the red skin from over tanning) is the rudest person working there. They have lost my samples twice causing me to have to give more & more blood then think I am supposed to trust them to scan the plasma in and pay me like they don’t lose stuff. They treat most people like they are drug addicts or bums when everyone that donates isn’t & some people just like helping people. If you can tolerate attitudes & rude people by all means go for it. I am at a crossroads right now as to if I will return. Plasma helped my child & I like helping but some of the people they have working there are the worst. Teressa & Maria have always been nice.

- JLJenny LangleyJun 8, 20265.0Staff are friendly and helpful. The interior is comfortable and clean. Wait time is typically less than half an hour, usually not even that long. The addition of the new KED app is super useful being able to add up points and then trade in for gift cards is pretty cool too.
