  Very lackluster care. I came here after years of stomach trouble, pain, diarrhea, etc. I spoke to a doctor for a couple minutes, and they scheduled me for a colonoscopy. After which, they said I simply had IBS and pretty much just called it a day. I tried telling them that I suspected it was something more severe than IBS, but they just brushed my concerns off. I know several people with IBS, and it doesn't hold a candle compared to what I'm experiencing. I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else. The other gastroenterologist actually listened to my concerns, investing a lot of their time. They spent roughly 30 minutes with me, compared to like 3 minutes here. Within a month they ran a series of blood tests, they completed multiple fecal tests, they did a colonoscopy, and they did an endoscopy. At which point, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. We're now exploring treatment options. I am so glad that I went somewhere else for a second opinion. This place seems nice at first glance, the building itself looks upscale and all that, but don't let the looks fool you. They do not provide quality patient care here. It seems like their whole philosophy is quantity over quality. They push through as many patients as possible, you will be lucky to spend 5 minutes talking to your doctor here. They rush through and don't listen to you, just so they can move on to the next patient. I can't remember the name of my doctor, I think it was Heather? But I've talked to a few other people who were treated by Jack Cole here, and the general consensus is that he cares more about cracking jokes and flirting with his assistants when you're trying to speak with him. I'm sure you can imagine my lack of surprise.

  Been attending this facility for last 3 years, never had a visits where is was not professional or unpleasant. Every step of my treatment was explain clearly and never rushed. Clear communication and wonder bedside manners.

  The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and put my fears at ease. My doctor was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in terms that was understandable. The rose at the end was very special. I have not been given a flower in years

  Check in staff not as friendly as in the past but still ok. Set up for the procedure seem to take a little longer to wait then I remember last time. The procedure was great and so was the doctor.
