- DGDana GJun 28, 20265.0The experience at Eyemart Express could not have been better. I’m sorry I’m so bad with names because the two ladies who helped my son and me were so friendly and thorough. My son had his glasses in 30 minutes. I had my glasses adjusted too, and I didn’t even purchase them at Eyemart Express. We’ll definitely return when new glasses are needed!

I really messed up using an online site to order a pair of eyeglasses that I couldn't see out. Nevertheless, at Eyemart, the transition pair of eyeglasses took a longer time than I expected. I never received a text message informing me to pick them up. I called twice and was told they hadn't been delivered. On another date 5/19/26 I called the store and was told that the glasses were in the store. I also was told that they came in six days prior on 5/13/26. The tech stated that a text was sent on that date. I checked my phone and I never received the a '1' text. However, this mix up would not stop me from visiting with Eyemart again.
