I love Warby Parker for all my eyeglasses needs because of not only how/why they were founded ( to be an affordable, high value eye wear company for all people) but because of the individuals who work there. I had purchased previous pairs of frames/lenses in Raleigh before the store opened here in Greensboro and was thrilled with the price and quality ( I get compliments on my glasses often). But this spring my prescription changed, I needed new glasses and wanted something a little different. Between my indecisiveness and a wonky nose (lol!š¤) as well as wearing hearing aids which adds to the challenge of a comfortable fit, Iām not sure what I would have done without Grace (manager and master at customer service) and Mena (Optician) who were so attentive and kind and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was over-the-top satisfied with my new glasses. Grace went above and beyond what I would have ever expected and I now have a new pair, a new set of lenses in my old frames that āfeel like an old pair of jeansā and a āback up pairā with my old lenses. The folks at WP will treat you with respect and never make you feel rushed. Also each time my glasses arrived within a week to 10 days. I love them and am so thankful for the fine folks at Warby Parker at Friendly Center in Greensboro. š
