They were making my feet and back hurt. They said no problem and gave me different inserts with no questions asked. I tried the new ones in my shoes and they felt better, can't wait to try them out and see if they make my feet and back feel better. Just wanted to shout out to Sarah F., she is great and very knowledgeable about the inserts, very pleasant and helpful. It's hard to find good employees these days. Better hang onto her.
