Explained in detail my issues and solutions for same. In just a few minutes, was able to get me walking again after so many years of pain. And, also in a short time, I feel pain relief in my hips and back! THANK YOU! Anyone having foot, back or hip pain when walking, see the people at Good Feet soon!

Sarah was very friendly, patient and genuinely concerned with me getting the correct fit. The one insert I needed was not in stock, but she was in constant contact giving me updates. When it arrived she let me know it would be waiting formebehindtheregister. The following week I made the trip to the store and Erin greeted me with a smile. I told her my name and she knew exactly why I was there. She promptly retrieved the box. Before it was over, I had purchased 3 sets of the Cushion inserts and a pair of Brooks shoes. All of which I am very happy with. Sarah and Erin are perfect for the job and are 'keepers'! đ

Instead, the 3 step program was forced on me. And of course âall sales are finalâ should have been a red flag. I spent way too much for products I donât need,. And what happened to CUSTOM MADE orthotics?? He just went to the back room and brought some pre made orthotics out to me. I wonât be back.
