I can't stress enough how totally satisfied I am with my experience. Was fortunate to have Erin Kent as my counselor. She was extremely knowledgeable and cordial. Explained in detail my issues and solutions for same. In just a few minutes, was able to get me walking again after so many years of pain. And, also in a short time, I feel pain relief in my hips and back! THANK YOU! Anyone having foot, back or hip pain when walking, see the people at Good Feet soon!

I initially saw Sarah to have her determine if my inserts were still the right fit for me after having back surgery 7 months earlier. Sarah was very friendly, patient and genuinely concerned with me getting the correct fit. The one insert I needed was not in stock, but she was in constant contact giving me updates. When it arrived she let me know it would be waiting formebehindtheregister. The following week I made the trip to the store and Erin greeted me with a smile. I told her my name and she knew exactly why I was there. She promptly retrieved the box. Before it was over, I had purchased 3 sets of the Cushion inserts and a pair of Brooks shoes. All of which I am very happy with. Sarah and Erin are perfect for the job and are 'keepers'! đ

Nick was a really nice guy but I feel there was a bit of a transparency problem. I was never told I could purchase just one set of orthotics. Instead, the 3 step program was forced on me. And of course âall sales are finalâ should have been a red flag. I spent way too much for products I donât need,. And what happened to CUSTOM MADE orthotics?? He just went to the back room and brought some pre made orthotics out to me. I wonât be back.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. Itâs common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality itâs often the foot thatâs going into the shoes thatâs the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once youâve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, youâll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
Itâs simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from typical inserts and insoles available online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics for long-term pain relief, unlike standard inserts.
