Do NOT take your loved ones here! They dont treat them with care or respect. They treat you like you're less than, talk about the patient's care in a tiny separate room loudly without shutting the door and if you dare have a dental problem then they treat you like something is wrong with you and tell you to just call a general dentist! I understand some things they maybe can't do but the attitude it was said with was the problem. I've also heard complaints of some of the women having long fingernails that poke you in the roof of the mouth when they're cleaning and inspecting your teeth! Who would get long fingernails when your job is to have your hands in people's mouths (especially pediatric patients)? If you dont mind a "wham bam thank you ma'am" type of service then fine but if you value being treated kindly, respectfully and your privacy protected then STAY AWAY!

I cannot recommend this pediatric dental office enough! From the moment we walked in, the entire team—including the front office staff—was so kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning.
We came here after a terrible experience at another pediatric dentist where my 2-year-old was absolutely terrified. She would scream, cry, and was so scared that they weren’t willing to work with her or help her feel comfortable. I was honestly so nervous about trying another dentist because I expected the same thing.
This office completely changed that for us. They were so patient and took the time to earn my daughter’s trust instead of rushing her. By the end of the visit, she was asking to sit in the big girl chair and was excited to have her teeth brushed! Seeing her go from being completely terrified of the dentist to actually enjoying her visit was something I never thought I’d see.
Dr. Naomi was truly incredible. She took her time explaining everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious how much she genuinely cares about her patients.
If you have a child who is anxious or afraid of the dentist, this is the place to go. They turned what used to be a traumatic experience into such a positive one, and I am beyond grateful. We have definitely found our forever pediatric dentist!

Dr. Lane did my 9 month old son’s frenectomy 2 weeks ago and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I literally walked into the office in tears dreading the procedure and the staff was kind and understanding. The assistant (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was so patient and answered all of my questions. When it was over, Dr. Lane brought my son back to me and went over everything and answered even more questions. The part that really stuck out the most was Dr. Lane calling me the next day to check on my son and how everything was going. That is how patient care should be, especially pediatric.

The whole team at this dentist office is great!
Dr. Jenn treated my young daughter, with specific needs, with the kindest hand and words. She has been our primary dentist for 5 years now! My daughter felt safe here from the minute we came through the door. Scheduling is easy, phone calls are promptly returned. We have since seen the whole team of dentists at various appointments.
Dr Lane is wonderful with kids of all ages, relating to their current life and situation, and celebrating small health wins with each family! Also, great at calming a toddler during the exam.
Dr. Cook has been a wonderful addition to the office and was helpful with helping a child under 12 months get through the exam. I can't say anything negative, great staff all around and nice spacing and play area for kids during waiting. Visits are usually prompt, with little wait and efficient during check in and check out. Great job Piedmont Pediatric Dentistry!!
