- ISIt’s Really Simpletoday5.0The store clerk left out the fact that I asked for transitions lenses. I got all the way home to set them up and realized they weren’t. Went back to the Deiendly store location. They didn’t have them. They said they could order them. I called myself to the Four Seasons location. They had them, I asked them to hold them for me. Friendly center wouldn’t even take my return, said Four Seasons would exchange them. The nicest men work at the Four Seasons location and took care of me! They even waived the amount of the difference in the glasses due to the negligence of the store clerk at friendly center. Friendly wasn’t so friendly and 4 Seasons saved the day!

We were falsely charged for something that is covered by insurance then over charged and not told that a contact lens exam is an extra $100. Secondly, they are extremely slow!!! We came in at 10:00 and ended up leaving around 12:00 (An eye appointment should not take 2 hours) Lastly, they rescheduled us too early and told us we either schedule another date or insurance will not cover us. (This is the second year this happens, they have our data and last appointments on file before they make appointments.) The doctor and male nurse were extremely kind hence the 2 star review. Will not be visiting this location any time soon.
