- EFEthel FairclothOct 29, 20261.0If your child has asthma and is under the age of 7 or weight of 70 lbs I highly discourage you from choosing this facility. My daughter was put on a biologic shot for every 8 weeks. This shot with insurance cost almost $400 a shot. When taking her to shot clinic she would literally work herself into a panic attack. At her last appointment we sat in the parking lot for 1 hour trying to get her to go inside. She was trembling, crying hysterically and sweating like she was drenched with a hose. I requested the shot be given to me, as it cost almost $400 and she was obviously not going inside. Due to the “FDA” requirements for this shot I had to sign a paper that they were dropping my daughter from their care. Please understand I would have respected this, if in previous visits they actually monitored my daughter after a shot but other than the initial dose, shot would be administered and she would be sent on her merry way. When a young child has severe asthma as well as serve anxiety just know if they sugggest the shot route please consider this matter very seriously because they will drop your child when you as a parent are trying to do the best for them.
- VMVon MurraySep 30, 20261.0I had an appointment with Dr. Ranjan Sharma. He is the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. I came in with a clear issue breathing with wheezing and crackling in my chest. He walked into the office and immediately told me he could not help and there was nothing he could do. He had not even listened to me with the stethescope. I came to the office because an ENT told me to seek further help with asthma. After arguing for 10 minutes, he finally listened. Did not even wait for me to breathe out and said that he didnt hear anything. He then asked me what "he" should do. Issue antibiotics, Prednisone or inhaler. After I said he was the doctor and asked why he was asking me what medicine to prescribe, he again said there was nothing he could do to help. I will file a formal complaint. A dr should help regardless of medical history or because they think we "look like" we cant afford care. My family has had a great experience with other doctors there. This guy is terrible.
- LKLindy KirkmanSep 2, 20262.0The allergy doctors are great. I have no issues with the doctor office itself. The shot clinic, I cannot say the same thing. Everytime I go, there is always something wrong. I have never had a problem until this past year. I realize shots expire but everytime you go??? Come on, let's be real. There should be some sort of system in this digital world we've in that can notify patients that vials are expired and ask permission to remix new vials. I mean we confirm appointment why can't we confirm new vials. Gas is not cheep and it's a 30 minute drive no matter if I go to Burlington or Greensboro. This is why I don't get my shots like I should. Yes, I am upset from my visit today because again no shots. My rant is over. Seriously look into something to prevent visits that are not necessary and wastes the time of others. Thanks

- VVVanessaJul 14, 20265.0I recently went to LeBauer Allergy and asthma with my son because he currently has allergies and met with Dr. Ranjan Sharma. I felt very relaxed when I went into the waiting room. The receptionist was very nice. The office was extremely clean and I did not even have to wait very long to be seen. As soon as he came in the room, I felt very comfortable. He was extremely nice to my son , and went over a ton of questions that I had and reviewed any medicines that my son was currently taking. He gave me a pamphlet of any allergies that came up and informed me of what to try to do to help my son to relieve anything that he might be struggling with. The hardest part was watching my son get tested because it did itch his skin which they did inform us of and he was not allowed to touch it, which was hard to do because he was crying a lot, but they made him feel very comfortable. I highly recommend going to them if you need to get tested or have any concerns.
