  The customer service provided by Corie while ordering glasses was fantastic! She was patient and caring when I expressed trouble seeing out of my current prescription. She displayed empathy and worked hard to ensure I could see correctly out of the final lenses.

  We also have a excellent experience with Cory as she is, very efficient, kind and always has a solution to your eyeglasses, no matter the problem.

  I called to schedule an appointment and was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. The scheduler was dismissive, rude, and ultimately hung up on me while I was speaking. As a patient, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even if an office is busy. The interaction left such a negative impression that I chose not to schedule an appointment at all. Customer service is often the first impression patients have of a practice, and unfortunately mine was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses how patients are being treated over the phone.

  I’ve been going here for several years now. I live out of state and continue to go here for my annual exams because they are great! I see Dr. McCuen and Jennifer (in contacts). They are both great and very intelligent

  I have been going here since before Covid and honestly their staff is always so warm and welcoming. Dr.Goud makes sure he doesn’t make you feel rushed and will answer all of your questions!
