  I called to schedule an appointment and was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. The scheduler was dismissive, rude, and ultimately hung up on me while I was speaking. As a patient, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even if an office is busy. The interaction left such a negative impression that I chose not to schedule an appointment at all. Customer service is often the first impression patients have of a practice, and unfortunately mine was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses how patients are being treated over the phone.

  I’ve been going here for several years now. I live out of state and continue to go here for my annual exams because they are great! I see Dr. McCuen and Jennifer (in contacts). They are both great and very intelligent

  I have been going here since before Covid and honestly their staff is always so warm and welcoming. Dr.Goud makes sure he doesn’t make you feel rushed and will answer all of your questions!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk people are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They never smile and look very unhappy to be working there. All they care about is money, money, money!!! You could be going blind and they will turn you away if you owe a balance!!! However, the doctors and nurses are all amazing!!!
