  I signed up over the phone on 12/1 thinking I’d be able to book for 8 classes. After we hung up, I logged onto the app and all the classes were already booked for the month. I called back immediately and was told, “just join the waitlist, it moves so quick!” Lies. After 2 days of being on a waitlist and not being able to get into a class, I called back and was told I could only speak to Hannah about it. Finally was able to get her on the phone 12/4 and requested a refund and cancellation. Hannah told me I couldn’t get a refund and had to send an email to cancel AND told me I (unknowingly) signed a 3 month contract that would require a $100 cancellation fee in addition to a second month payment of $179 despite not being able to attend any other classes because they were all FULL! It should be illegal to have customers sign up with classes already filled and waitlist already filled too. Make sure you’re fully informed before you sign up because I got played big time!

  Pilates It’s the best excercise, a mix of control, balance, strenght, and flexibility and... The best place to do Pilates is this one! Wonderful people, Amazing teachers, Top notch equipment, 5 star maintenance. I totally recommend to take their free intro class so you fall in love inmediately!
