  After reading all of the lovely reviews, which I’m now convinced they had to be paid to leave, I thought I’d selected a good dentist. And perhaps he is a good dentist to his non African American patients. However my experience has been horrible and I definitely feel as if I’ve been racially profiled and currently seeking legal assistance. I’d highly recommend, especially African American patients to get a second opinion!! He, nor his staff cannot be trusted in my opinion!

  Dr. Millsaps is fantastic, as always. He’s consistently professional, thorough, and makes every visit a positive experience. Today he worked with me on getting fillings done, and everything went smoothly. But this review is really to highlight his staff, specifically Kaley. Life happens, and one of their team members had to call out to take care of a sick child, which is completely understandable. What stood out was how Kaley stepped up without missing a beat. She managed her normal hygienist responsibilities while also handling phones, checking patients in and out, and scheduling, all at the same time. What impressed me most was that she did all of this with a smile on her face and zero complaints. That kind of work ethic and attitude doesn’t go unnoticed. I just want her to know that her effort was seen and truly appreciated. All around, this is an excellent office with a great dentist and an outstanding team. Highly recommend!

  Cannot say enough good things about Erika, Lisa, and Dara. I have horrible dental anxiety and these girls make you feel right at home. Dr. Millsaps is absolutely wonderful. It is hard to find a dentist you can trust. Would highly recommend!

  A people person who cares about you as he takes his time to have conversation with his busy schedule. The dental work Dr. Millsaps did for me last year placing 2 crowns.... were pain FREE as he made sure I was comfortable..

  I have been to Dr. Millsaps for 10+ years and he is absolutely the best dentist from skills, honesty, and integrity perspective. I have moved away from Greensboro and drive 40 minutes to come see him. He is the best!
