  I’ve purchased glasses from this location ever since the doors opened, I’ve purchased at least thirteen pairs of glasses. I wanted to recycle 4 pair of my most recent glasses this year to save money because my vision had gotten better. I don’t wear the same glasses every day therefore all my glasses are in good condition but one of the workers try to tell me they couldn’t change my lenses because all my frames were damaged and that was not true. I went back three days later to make a complaint to the manager with one pair of the glasses that the employee said was damaged, the manager said (NO THEY ARE NOT DAMAGED, WE TOOK THE FRAME OFF DISPLAY BECAUSE ITS TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO CUT THE LENSES AND I’M THE ONE THAT WOULD HAVE TO DO IT AND I DON’T LIKE CUTTING THEM, I SAID SO YOU DON’T WANT TO CHANGE THESES LENSES FOR ME AND SHE STILL SAID NO I DON’T that’s a shame that you’re getting paid to work but you don’t want to work to make sure a long standing customer is treated right. I will never go back to eyemart again neither will any of my family members and friends. Having about 15 pairs of glasses from eyemart and they refuse to change my lenses and I can’t take them anywhere else but where I purchased them from is really bad business. The gentleman (Manager) that worked there when they first opened up until 2025 was THE BEST very kind and respectful didn’t matter what your nationality was.

  I had a wonderful first-time experience at Eyemart Express! Staff were knowledgeable, kind, and thorough to explain options. I got B1G1 glasses for new customers, and both pairs were ready in 1 hour!! Been wearing glasses for 22 years but I will be coming here for all my glasses from now on. Very affordable and quality glasses!

  They had great customer service and had both pairs ready within 15mins after leaving… I was told about 30 mins to an hour but took way less time to prepare.. will definitely refer everyone I know to Eyemart Express.

  Great place. Walked in. Arranged an eye appointment next door. Had glasses 38 minutes after appointment. Great service and prices. Highly recommend.

  Great price, great people - no one pushy or hateful! Just willing to help. Only reason 4 stars, I wish they would add new styles to women’s frames on the special. I understand I got a deal, but next time I will go somewhere else unless I change up my glasses style some.
