  There is always a problem with this pharmacy. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve dealt with in decades of experience. All other Harris Teeter pharmacies work by the same code. This pharmacy does not. Worse - pharmacy practices, discriminatory practices against people they do not find desirable to coordinate with. This is a level of corruption in one of the best store chains in the United States. It should be addressed immediately. I am going to do my part and ensuring this gets dealt with appropriately. The interim, if you are a Harris Teeter pharmacy, customer, I would pay very close attention to how you’re being billed. I would also pay close attention to the information they are providing you.

  There have been a few times where I am prescribed a new medicine but this pharmacy never has the medications available. Today my 4 year old had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin and was prescribed a new antibiotic and now a steroid. I was there 4 hours ago and was told they were waiting for the data to come through. She told me I would get a text when it is ready. Nothing yet. And I have a 4 year old with a severe ear infection and a swollen neck. I tried calling but nobody answers and the menu items replay and you have to keep pressing the numbers all over again. WHAT A PAIN. I chose this pharmacy because we shop here a few times a week but it has really gone downhill. We will go back with Walgreens, especially for our children's medications that usually need more urgency -_- at least Walgreens tells you how many mins (USUALLY 15 mins) it will take instead of this nonsense.

  I just transferred my family’s prescriptions over to this pharmacy. All of the pharmacists have been a joy to work with.

  Shopping experience was pleasant. Signed up for evic card. Checked out using Kroger gift cards. Not accepted. The attachment to the gift cards showed Harris Teeter as a place that would accept the cards. Service desk person called Mgr. Do not accept. "I can't do anything at my level. Call corporate to see how to handle them." Why didn't they call corporate? Don't shop there if you have a situation that is out of the norm. "Just because Kroger owns us doesn't mean we accept their gift cards."
