- JHJanet HarrisSep 22, 20265.0Got to my appointment for my Granddaughter at 3:00pm The doctor was running behind for what ever reason we waited patiently and got seen around 4:40pm but the nurse was wonderful, the doctor was Calming and very Caring ❤️🩹 Loved the suggestions and exercises sheets he shared with us. Sometimes the wait is worth it ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
- HLHeather LoomisSep 4, 20261.0Where is the appointment desk located?? I attempted to make an appointment but the person who answered the phone sounded to be in a call center in another country. She couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. I gave my info and she repeated the info back but misspelled my first name, my last name, got my email wrong, and my address! Then I explained that I was referred by my physical therapist to get shoe inserts made and she proceeded to tell me they don’t treat knee pain because they are a foot and ankle doctor and I would have to see a knee doctor. I had to explain again that I had already seen an orthopedic doctor and am currently in PT and they recommended to go to a foot doctor to have custom shoe inserts made. At this point I am afraid to schedule an appointment. First impressions are very important and I am not sure why calling to schedule an appointment is so difficult. I have been to this doctor office years ago and I was pleased but today’s telephone experience was crazy. What is going on??
