- SHStarla Fisher HydeSep 16, 20265.0I use their doctor for my exams and get my glasses made next door. I wear progressives and have uneven ears. This place does such a good job with every step. I've been coming here for over 3 years. I didn't have any problems getting used to the progressives. I could see well instantly. I buy the ultra hd lenses. Beware of getting your progressives at different places, they all make them a little different. I went to another "eye" place last year and had terrible experience. The doctor wouldn't listen to me about not fixing my very mild astigmatism, because it makes me dizzy and nauseous. I came back here a couple days later and had eyemart express fix the lenses. Prices are amazing and they have the patience to work with my insurance, which isn't easy. Please don't close this location every. Thank you.
- RSRoscoe SaundersAug 30, 20265.0What was supposed to be a nice weekend getaway to Charlotte, including a visit to the White Water Center, turned to tragedy when I fell off my raft and lost my glasses in the rapids below! I couldn't (legally) drive back home without my glasses, so I rushed to try and find somewhere- anywhere- near Charlotte that could get me a new pair. This Eyemart Express was the ONLY option I found that had same-day lens crafting. Better yet, after all the help Leslie provided in selecting my frames and checking details about my prescription, I had a new pair of glasses in 13 minutes flat! I stopped by back in the 1st of June, and this visit somehow became one of the highlights of my trip to North Carolina!
