They consistently go above and beyond to take care of their customers, and it’s the kind of personal service that reminds you why supporting a locally owned pharmacy matters. One recent example, out of many, happened while I was packing for vacation and realized I was going to run out of one of my medications while we were away. It was already after White Oak Pharmacy had closed when we submitted the refill request, but they had it ready for me first thing the next morning when they opened. That kind of service and attention to their customers is something you just don’t find everywhere. On another occasion, they took the time to search for ways to help me save money on a prescription rather than simply filling it and sending me on my way. The owners truly care about the people they serve, and it shows in the way they run their business. They know their customers, they look for ways to help, and they consistently go the extra mile.
