She tailored the massage to fit me instead of just sticking to a usual routine as I have some therapists do in the past. This was truly a medical/therapeutic massage and not just a massage for relaxation, which is what I need for my pain management. Reception was friendly and super accommodating when I needed to reschedule. An overall great experience.

Mimi gave me one of the best therapeutic massages of my life. She listened well to my concerns, used the right amount of pressure, had a healing, sweet demeanor, and added extras like a warm towel around my neck.
